Join Qi Tao for World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, a program designed to promote personal and global health and healing through these traditional Chinese practices. Every year in cities all over the world, groups of people practice Tai Chi and Qigong with the intention of generating a wave of Qi that moves around the globe. Our 90 minute program is open to all ages and abilities and begins with a class to teach a few basic Tai Chi movements.
The program will continue with a 20 minute session of Qigong that is easy for beginners to follow along. After that, our students and guests will perform two Tai Chi forms. Finally, we will demonstrate more advanced Tai Chi forms.
In the spirit of this new year 2023, our world is changing so rapidly that there is no greater gift we can give our world spinning with the strain and stress of change ... then to educate as many as possible about Tai Chi, Qigong, and Mind-Body practices ... and also to provide the world with a vision of global cooperation for the sole purposes of advancing personal and global healing worldwide. (One World ... One Breath)
Together, as a global Tai Chi, Qigong, and Mind-Body family, we have educated millions worldwide.
Let's make 2023 a year where the entire planet understand what they offer!
