The Practice

Join Sifu Tzyann Hsu, founder of Qi Tao, for an immersive 6-week course designed to restore your vitality. This course bridges ancient tradition with modern wellness through two foundational practices:

β€’ The 8 Brocades (Ba Duan Jin): One of the oldest and most beloved Qigong sequences. These eight silk-like movements are designed to "stretch the tendons" and harmonize the internal organs, clearing the body of stress and stagnation.

β€’ Tai Chi Walking: Mastery begins with the feet. You will learn the art of "Rooting"β€”the foundational walking techniques of Tai Chi that improve balance, protect the joints, and turn a simple stroll into a powerful moving meditation.
